1. Shipping
All orders within UAE are shipped using local courier companies and delivery is free of charge.
All International orders are shipped using FedEX
Shipping costs are calculated according to your country at checkout.
2. Taxes and Duties
For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the individuals country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees therefore, is completely out of our control

3. Delivery time
Musbah Jewellers pieces are custom made to order and may take up to 1 week to be prepared for shipment. We will always strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner but due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. In most cases, pieces are shipped within 3 business days. Please email info@musbahjewellers.com if you have any urgent shipping requests.

Musbah Jewellers is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
